Gary Dawson clearly remembers, selling his first ring, sitting on the sidewalk outside of Old Taylors on 13th St. in Eugene, OR. It sold for $4. Gary thinks, he probably used a buck fifty of it to buy himself a celebratory beer and used the rest to buy more silver.

When Brian Gillis was 18, he read ‘The People’s History’ of the United States, and for the first time he really learned about Columbus. It was disorienting, his world was at once blown wide open and significantly more real.

Amie Good became interested in cosmetics at a young age. When Amie turned 12, she expressed a deep interest in wearing makeup. Her mother thought it best to have her learn proper techniques from professionals.
She enrolled Amie in classes taught by industry pros. She was taught fashion makeup application, shading and many more techniques.
Cindercone Clay Center

Cindercone Clay Center started in 2002 as Bend’s first clay coop.  Several local and regional artists have helped to shape their studio and community throughout the years.
Between 2005 and 2007, Cindercone evolved into Central Oregons largest clay center.

Eleanor Murphy has been a full time potter since 1976 when he went to work at the Sunstone Gallery and pottery studio, in La Jolla, CA as an apprentice to Cathra -Ann Barker, master potter at that time. In 1996, he became the owner and Master Potter of the Sunstone Gallery.
